Far & East, located on the 21st floor of the Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru, is set to introduce an Izakaya Brunch beginning September 21. This brunch experience blends Cantonese and Japanese culinary traditions, featuring a variety of dim sum served in bamboo steamers, along with pan-fried and deep-fried options, tempura, and sushi.

The brunch is designed to foster an engaging dining experience, highlighting the restaurant's commitment to authentic Asian flavours and cultural traditions. Guests can enjoy a range of appetisers, including Crispy Chilli Lotus Stem and Hot Basil Chicken, as well as an assortment of Dim Sum like the Mix Mushroom Truffle Bao and Cantonese Prawn Bao. Free-flowing drinks featuring SULA wines and Carlsberg Beer enhance the meal, followed by desserts such as vegan Tub Tim Krob.

The Izakaya Brunch aims to offer not just a meal but a culinary exploration within a luxurious and inviting setting, enriching guests' understanding of Asian dining customs.
