The St Regis Mumbai is proud to announce its participation in the 8th edition of the World Wellness Weekend, supporting the United Nations’ “Good Health and Wellbeing” goal. From September 20 - 22, 2024, the hotel will host a range of wellness-focused activities to promote the five pillars of wellness: sleep and creativity, nutrition and immunity, movement and vitality, mindfulness and serenity, and purpose and solidarity. Throughout the three-day event, St Regis Mumbai will offer in-house guests a selection of rejuvenating experiences aimed at enhancing overall well-being.
As part of its community outreach, the hotel’s Yoga Instructor will partner with Yuva Parivartan, an NGO, on September 20 to conduct a special Yoga session. Additionally, St Regis’ culinary team will present a health-conscious menu featuring dishes focused on nutrition and immunity for breakfast and brunch.
