Pushpesh Pant unveils ‘The Bookmark Menu’ at Eros Hotel New Delhi

Pushpesh Pant, a prominent food historian and author, has introduced ‘The Bookmark Menu’ at Singh Sahib in Eros Hotel New Delhi, showcasing the rich culinary heritage of Delhi. This menu features a selection of traditional dishes, including Mutton Tava Tikka, Boti Kebab, Barra Kebab, Rogan Josh, and Old Delhi-style Chicken Roast, each reflecting the diverse flavours characteristic of the region.

In addition to the food, the festival enhances the experience with traditional music and vibrant décor, creating an authentic atmosphere that represents Delhi’s historical and cultural diversity. ‘The Bookmark Menu’ will be available from September 16 to 30.
