Grand Hyatt Gurgaon has announced the appointment of Nitin Tanwar as the new Director of Rooms. With over 17 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Tanwar brings a wealth of expertise and a proven track record to his new role, where he will oversee the hotel's rooms division and lead key departments, including front office, housekeeping, reservations, and guest services.
Tanwar's career progression, from Executive Housekeeper to Director of Rooms, highlights his strong leadership and strategic planning abilities. He has previously worked with prestigious hotel brands such as Trident and The Leela, where he honed his skills in managing room operations, optimising guest satisfaction, and building lasting client relationships.
