The Ritz-Carlton debuts at Dar Es Salam in Morocco

The Ritz-Carlton has announced the opening of The Ritz-Carlton Rabat, Dar Es Salam, debuting in Morocco. Nestled within 440 hectares of forest and lush gardens, the palace promises an unparalleled experience in Morocco's capital.

Situated on the shores of the Atlantic Ocean, Rabat reflects the rich tapestry of the country's influences. Designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2012, the city is celebrated as the cultural capital of the country and offers a blend of historical and modern monuments.

The property offers 100 guest rooms and 17 suites all with a private terrace facing the pool and the gardens, including a 180 sq m Royal Suite. Embodying a blend between Baroque opulence and Moroccan touches, all guest rooms and suites feature grand headboards adorned with gems, large mirrors, Baroque-styled furniture, and marble in the bathrooms. The frescoes and fabrics infuse a sense of elegance, while the vibrant colour palette introduces sophisticated freshness. 

The dining experience at the property is a celebration of the diversity and richness of local and international flavours. Guests can savour traditional Mediterranean delights as well as innovative fusion dishes, promising a memorable culinary journey. 

The Mediterranean Brasserie offers an exceptional culinary experience from morning to night, using top-quality regional and Mediterranean ingredients. The restaurant offers à la carte breakfasts, gourmet lunches, and refined dinners. The Lobby Lounge offers a unique afternoon tea experience,featuring a selection of Moroccan and English teas, delicious bites and Moroccan sweets. 

Palapa, the Pool Bar Restaurant, offers guests Pan-American flavours in a tropical poolside setting. Open from morning to evening, with continuous dining service, Palapa’s menu includes ceviche, tacos and light snacks, alongside refreshing cocktails and fruit-infused waters. Blind Tiger, the speakeasy bar, inspired by the elegance of the 1920s offers guests classic and signature cocktails inspired by the Prohibition era and a curated selection of fine wines and premium spirits along with an array of delectable culinary creations.
