Gawde’s career spans leadership roles at esteemed properties including ITC Maratha Hotel, The Deltin Daman, and Holiday Inn Mumbai International Airport. His expertise lies in elevating guest experiences through meticulous service, operational efficiency, and a guest-centric approach.
In his new role, he will oversee the hotel’s renowned dining establishments, Alfresco and Fleur, while also preparing for the exciting launch of the rooftop Lebanese restaurant. He will focus on refining service standards, introducing innovative culinary concepts, and ensuring every guest experience is distinguished by excellence.
