Fairmont Jaipur has elevated Shakti Gautam as the Director of Sales. With an exemplary experience of over 10 years, Gautam began her journey with Fairmont Jaipur at the time of its inception in 2011 as Front Office Supervisor. As the property established its roots in the country and grew into the marvel of hospitality, Gautam has been a value add in several different roles. She has grown up the ladder from Assistant Events Manager to all the way up to her new role now as the Director of Sales.

Through her career trajectory, she has been honoured with several feats for her outstanding work in the industry. She has been recognised as the Highest Revenue Generator in her team, nominated for “Salesperson of the Year” in “The Accor South Asia Hotel Awards 2019”, and awarded for being an outstanding team player and for exceeding guest’s expectations at Fairmont Jaipur by the General Manager several times.
