The Raviz Calicut has appointed Chef Ajeesh Alphonse as Executive Chef. With over 20 plus years of experience in his culinary journey, he aims to elevate the culinary experience for guests and turn Raviz Calicut as a top destination for food enthusiasts.

He previously worked as Executive Chef at KL 13 Ventures Pvt Ltd and held significant positions at renowned hotels such as IHG, Media One Hotel, and The Monarch Hotel.

In his welcome address, he stated, “Passion makes us master anything under the sun. Mix genuine effort with knowledge, and your dreams may unfold on your table.”

His vision is to celebrate the rich culinary heritage of Calicut with a blend of international culinary flavours and to indulge in the city's vibrant food scene. His extensive background and passion for cooking will play a crucial role in enhancing the culinary landscape of the region.
