DoubleTree by Hilton Jaipur Amer announces six appointments

DoubleTree by Hilton Jaipur has announced the elevation Nibedita Thapa as its Cluster Learning & Development Manager. Having nearly 11 years of experience, Thapa would be handling Hilton Jaipur and DoubleTree by Hilton Jaipur Amer. She has previously worked at a range of well-known hotels, such as Radisson Hotels and Oberoi Hotels and Resorts.

The hotel also announced the elevation of Ritesh Mishra as a Cluster Human Resource Manager. Mishra has an industry experience of 16 years across Hyatt Hotels, Carlson Rezidor group of Hotels and Hilton Hotels in India. In this role, he would be responsible for the recruitment of the team, managing payroll, ensuring ethical business practices, statutory compliances, associate well-being, learning & development and team engagement. He would be handling Hilton Jaipur and DoubleTree by Hilton Jaipur Amer.

Sahil Arora has been appointed as the Front Office Manager. He started in the hospitality industry in 2010 and joined Hyatt as a Guest Service Officer in 2013, before shifting to Hilton Worldwide in 2015. During his time at Hilton, he has served in a variety of positions before his new appointment as the Front Office Manager.

DoubleTree by Hilton Jaipur Amer has also appointed Saurabh Singhal as the Assistant Director of Sales. Singhal has worked previously with ITC Hotels, IHG Hotels, and RED Events India and organised various MICE events, shootings and product launches.

Meanwhile, Suresh Nath is joining as an Executive Housekeeper at DoubleTree by Hilton Jaipur Amer. Nath has prior experience of working at Taj Lake Palace in Udaipur, The Oberoi Hotels and Resorts, Westin Kolkata, the Radisson in Kandla and the Le Meridien in Jaipur.

The hotel has also appointed Sanjay Saran as a Financial Controller. With 14 years of experience in accounts and financial management, Saran would be administering the finances of the hotel.
