The Raviz Calicut has appointed Shabin Kumar as Hotel Manager. With over 15 years of rich experience in the hospitality industry, Kumar brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise. His most recent role included a hotel consultant position at Shatavari Resort. His previous assignments were with renowned establishments such as Lazdana Hotels & Resorts in Bengaluru, Resort Rio in Goa, MJ Avyanna in Bengaluru, and Rockholm at Lighthouse Beach in Kovalam.
As a people-oriented leader, Kumar values teamwork and collaboration, believing that everyone contributes to the strength and success of the business. In his welcome address, he emphasised the importance of unity over individual performance, stating, "I never focused on various grades or designations; instead, it is our collective effort that drives us forward."
