DoubleTree by Hilton Agra has appointed Ameet Rane as the Executive Chef. He has been excelling in culinary industry for 15 years and will bring to the role his expertise in food and beverage and culinary operations. Rane brings with himself a diverse experience in different types of kitchen set-ups like hotels, cruise lines and stand-alone restaurants.
He has worked with renowned hospitality brands across the globe including W hotels, Conrad Bangalore, Aloft, Fairmont Hotels & Resort and Hyatt Regency amongst many others. His strong foundation and seasoned experience in culinary operations as well as avant-garde gastronomy makes him the perfect fit to spearhead the diverse Food and Beverage offerings at DoubleTree by Hilton Agra.
From customising and catering to every palate, to understanding the nitty-gritties of various techniques, Rane expresses his love for food by playing with ingredients from around the world.
