Diversey holds Inspiria '23 event in Delhi

Inspiria is a word derived from inspire which means "to exert a stimulating or beneficial effect upon (a person)". Through the initiative to host Inspiria '23 in different cities, Diversey aims to showcase the cleaning and hygiene products and solutions relevant to specific markets.

Mature markets like Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Kolkata, etc, are willing to adopt the latest cleaning and hygiene services and customers in these markets are now warming up to a solution centric approach while focusing on adopting technology, ease of operations, sustainability etc.

Metro cities hold a considerable chunk of business for us and the number of competitors are increasing with the focus of taking share of wallet from us. It has become relevant to connect with our customers in a more meaningful way to deliberate on the science of cleaning. Most of our customers in these cities are familiar with the Diversey brand and our key solutions. Through this platform we are showcasing our new innovative and sustainable products and highlighting how we may help customers reach their sustainability goals. 

In the Inspiria event held at Holiday Inn Aerocity in Delhi last week, panel discussions for hospitality were held on ‘Sustainability with Modern Day Challenges’ and ‘Operational Challenges Post Pandemic’. Panel discussions for the ‘Building Care’ segment of the event were conducted on ‘Sustaining Sustainability - Outlook for coming 5 years’ and ‘Cost Plus vs output based? Which way forward for Facility Management’.

Between morning and evening sessions at the event, 428 guests participated in the Diversey Inspiria event. The guests represented industries like hospitality, healthcare, QSR/FSR, commercial laundry and facility management. Diversey also saw officials from IRCTC, AAI, Ministry of Health, DMRC, DTC, leading developers, manufacturing industries, malls and multiplexes, corporate sector and education sector.
