Courtyard by Marriott Kochi Airport has announced the elevation of Deepu Mohanan to the position of Executive Chef. With over 15 years of experience across various esteemed hospitality brands, Chef Deepu has been an integral part of the hotel’s culinary team for the past two years, consistently showcasing his skills for culinary excellence and innovation.
In his new role, Chef Deepu will oversee all culinary operations at the hotel, ensuring the highest standards of quality and creativity across all dining experiences. Renowned for his expertise in modern Indian and Konkan coastal cuisines, he aims to introduce innovative dishes that celebrate local flavours while appealing to a global palate. He will also lead and mentor the culinary team, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
