ITC Maurya has announced the appointment of Shivneet Pohoja as Executive Chef. With a career spanning over two decades at ITC Hotels, managing a portfolio of award-winning food and beverage outlets and bespoke banqueting, He has unparalleled expertise, promising to elevate culinary experiences to unprecedented heights.
Chef Pohoja brings a wealth of experience from across India, having worked at multiple award-winning dining destinations such as Yi Jing, Pavilion, Ottimo at West View and Peshawri. He specialises in sustainable Indian cuisine including farm-to-fork and plant-based cuisine.
While helming culinary operations at ITC Maurya, New Delhi, Chef Pohoja will be leading a team focussed on curating exquisite menus, celebrating indigenous cooking techniques while embracing global influences across all dining experiences for the patrons and taking the city’s benchmark of luxury dining a notch above.
