Renowned for his strategic leadership, Sharma has a proven track record in enhancing guest experiences, optimising operations, and fostering team engagement.
Sharma’s recent accomplishments include the successful pre-opening of Holiday Inn Katra Vaishno Devi, where he positioned the property among the top-ranked hotels on TripAdvisor. Prior to this, he served as General Manager of Holiday Inn Express New Delhi International Airport T3, earning accolades for operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
