Charuhas Kishor Raut joins The Ambassador Mumbai as Executive Chef

The Ambassador Mumbai has appointed Chef Charuhas Kishor Raut as the Executive Chef. Chef Charuhas carries an experience of more than 15 years and has worked with some of the best brands in India. He has also worked in Qatar and Oman as well.

Before joining The Ambassador Mumbai, he was working as executive sous chef at Mirage Beach Club at 9 bar vagator. He was responsible for setting up a 500 cover restrobar called 9. Before that he was associated with INOX Leisure Pt Ltd as assistant F & B Manager West Region. He also worked with the Sarovar, The Grand Hometel Mumbai. He started his career with Pan India Food Pvt Ltd as a junior sous chef.

As a chef, Chef Charuhas is proficient in designing and creating menus besides developing recipes keeping in mind local cuisines. He will be taking care of Society restaurant, Flavors Coffee Shop, banquets and in-room dining.
