Leading the culinary charge is Chef Brian Bennet Chong, Corporate Development Chef at Burger & Lobster, with over 27 years of experience, alongside Chef Gagandeep Sawhney, Executive Chef at Shangri-La Eros New Delhi. The duo promises an authentic Burger & Lobster experience, delivering vibrant and intensely flavorful dishes.
Highlights of the menu include the Mayfair Burger, featuring a 6oz patty with pickles, tomato, lettuce, and the brand’s secret sauce; the Lobster Roll with chilled lobster meat dressed in lemon mayo; and the Classic Whole Lobster. For larger groups, sharing combos offer the best of both worlds.
