Pomodoro Pizza Co, a cloud kitchen founded by Dhruv Talera and Aayush Kothari, aims to redefine vegetarian pizza in Bengaluru. The establishment focusses on artisanal Neapolitan pizza, complemented by a selection of appetisers, salads, and beverages.
Open from 4 PM to 3 AM, Tuesday to Sunday, Pomodoro targets late-night diners with its gourmet pizzas, crafted from high-hydration dough for a light and chewy texture. The menu features carefully selected ingredients, including Pulled King Oyster Mushrooms and Bhut Jolokia Chilli, to create a unique flavour experience.
