Atmosphere Core elevates its guest and employee experiences with two key appointments

Atmosphere Core has appointed Maurice Van Den Bosch as General Manager of RAAYA by Atmosphere and Milan Mookerjee as Vice President of Human Resources. These appointments aim to strengthen guest and employee experiences across the company’s resorts.

Bosch, who has over 24 years in resort management, brings valuable experience from his previous roles in esteemed hospitality brands in the Maldives, Sri Lanka, and the Caribbean. He will focus on enhancing guest experiences through his leadership at RAAYA by Atmosphere.

Mookerjee joins the team to manage talent development and employee engagement initiatives. With over 15 years in HR, he aims to foster a supportive culture that promotes employee growth and a motivated workforce, vital for exceptional guest experiences.
