Aasif Malik Baig appointed as Associate Director at Crowne Plaza Ahmedabad

Crowne Plaza Ahmedabad City Centre announced the appointment of Aasif Malik Baig as the new Associate Director. In his role, Baig will oversee various aspects of the hotel's operations, including sales and strategy planning, revenue optimisation, budget management, corporate event prospecting, annual budget setting, and analysis of revenue reports and strategy. Additionally, he will supervise marketing strategy development, forecasting, catering, travel management, business intelligence, and customer service.

Aasif Baig, originally from Raipur, Chhattisgarh, brings more than 12 years of experience in the sales domain to his new position. His career has been marked by a consistent track record of success in account management, customer insight, operational knowledge, and the implementation of innovative solutions.

Before joining Crowne Plaza Ahmedabad City Centre, Baig served as the Senior Sales Manager at Hotel Indore Marriott. He began his career as an assistant sales manager at the Hyatt Raipur and has held various managerial positions at Le Meriden Goa Calangute, the Hyatt Regency Lucknow, and the Holiday Inn Chandigarh-AN IHG Hotel. His tenure at Radisson Blu Indore and Hotel Indore Marriott played a significant role in enhancing his expertise and leadership skills.
