Vinita Thapa joins Crowne Plaza Today Gurugram as Director, Human Resources
Vinita Thapa has joined Crowne Plaza Today Gurugram as Director, Human Resources. She comes with over 17 years of experience of different Industries including but not limited to Hospitality, Blue chip Companies and Academics. In hospitality she has worked with IHG, Hilton and her last assignment was with The Grand New Delhi as DHR.
Her roles varied from academics to Information Technology. Her expertise lies in managing Strategic HR & Change Management, Talent Acquisition, Organisational Development/Performance Management, Employee Engagement & CSR Activities, Training & Development and Culture Building.
She holds an Masters in Business Administration in Human Resources and is also Masters in Commerce (M.Com). She is also a Certified Trainer by InterContinental Hotels Group & Hilton Worldwide Hotels.
Thapa has facilitated, designed and developed various behavioural trainings required to aid streamlined change management policies in the organisations she has worked for, like Train The Trainer, Leadership Programmes; Team Building Exercises, Mentoring, Coaching, Buddy System MDP, EDP & Emotional Intelligent to name a few. She is a member of Training and assessment subcommittee of Tourism and Hospitality Skill Council.
