The Westin Gurgaon, New Delhi unveils Kerala culinary pop-up

The Westin Gurgaon, New Delhi, will host a three-day culinary pop-up featuring Chef Suresh Pillai, renowned for his innovative approach to Kerala cuisine, from November 15 to 17, 2024. This event marks the first time Chef Suresh will present his exclusive “Nirvana Feast,” a 10-course tasting menu that blends traditional Southern Indian flavours with modern culinary techniques.

Chef Suresh, an ambassador of Kerala's rich gastronomic heritage, has received numerous accolades for his unique culinary style. The menu will be served at the Story Club & Lounge, showcasing signature dishes such as Neymeen Nirvana, Quilon Aattirachi Curry, Injipuli Chicken Wings, Pazham Pori Chaat, Paneer Nirvana, Travancore Kozhi Roast, Cauliflower Porippu, Avial, Appams, Malabar Nool Porotta, designed to provide an immersive experience into Kerala's culinary landscape.
