Led by Bar Manager Julian Brigget, whose mixology expertise has earned Nautilus recognition as one of Indonesia's Top 10 Bars, the event will showcase a cocktail menu inspired by Indonesia's spice routes.
Brigget will be joined by skilled bartender Bagus, ensuring an engaging experience with cocktails that highlight the vibrant flavours of Indonesian spices. Guests can expect innovative creations like Lada, a pepper-infused cocktail; the Red Pearl, which emphasizes pepper's aromatic qualities; Honey Me, featuring a comforting cinnamon infusion; and Koko Pala, celebrating Indonesia’s nutmeg legacy.
