The Westin Gurgaon appoints Saurabh Sharma as Food & Beverage Manager

The Westin Gurgaon, New Delhi, has appointed Saurabh Sharma as its new Food & Beverage Manager. With over 14 years of experience in the food and beverage sector, Sharma has held key positions at notable establishments such as Hyatt Regency Delhi and Shangri-La Eros New Delhi.

In his new role, he will collaborate with the Director of F&B to manage all food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, in-room dining, banquets, and catering services. He aims to enhance the hotel's dining offerings and ensure smooth operations across its various outlets.

He is recognised for his ability to develop effective procedures and service standards, improve operational efficiencies, and implement innovative concepts. Sharma is also known for his strong communication skills, which help him motivate his team towards achieving service excellence.
