The Chancery Rosewood appoints Jake Leslie as Director of F&B

In his new position, he will lead the hotel’s F&B division, focussing on a curated selection of dining options

The Chancery Rosewood has appointed Jake Leslie as the new Director of Food & Beverage. With extensive experience in luxury hospitality, Leslie will contribute to the culinary direction of the hotel, which is being transformed into a retail destination and part of the Rosewood Hotels & Resorts® portfolio in Mayfair.

Previously, Leslie served as the Director of Food & Beverage at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, where he managed operations exceeding $400 million, and held a similar role at The Bellagio Hotel & Casino, overseeing multiple Michelin-starred dining outlets.

Leslie expressed his excitement, stating, “I am incredibly excited to join the pre-opening team at The Chancery Rosewood.  It is an honour to be part of such a prestigious project, and I look forward to contributing my experience to create unparalleled epicurean and service experiences.”
