Shangri-La Eros New Delhi has appointed Saif Usmani as the Spa Manager. With an impressive track record in the wellness and spa industry, Usmani brings an abundance of experience and expertise to his new role. He has previously worked with esteemed establishments like Oberoi Hotels and Resorts, Mandarin Oriental, Sheraton, Jumeirah and more. 

As the newly appointed Spa Manager, Usmani will be responsible for overseeing and elevating the spa, wellness and fitness offerings at Shangri-La Eros New Delhi. He has a proven track record of providing exceptional customer experiences in hotels and resorts. With his strategic thinking and exclusive management style, he is expected to lead the spa team to achieve their goals and provide the guests with exceptional experiences.

In his role as the Spa Manager at The Lalit Great Eastern Kolkata, Usmani demonstrated his ability to maintain, monitor and upkeep the standards of the spa, swimming pool and fitness facilities of the hotel. He also conducted comprehensive training on Ayurvedic and Western therapies for the entire team, ensuring they were equipped to provide the best quality services to guests. Throughout his career, he has consistently exceeded expectations, combining cost containment with quality improvement. 

In his previous role as a Wellness Practitioner and Consultant at iKSANA Wellbeing Centre, Usmani identified best practices and opportunities to drive improved results. He developed personalised wellness programs and implemented wellness practices such as yoga, fitness, nutrition, and spa therapies to help clients achieve their individual goals.
