Ronil Goa, the flagship property of JdV by Hyatt in India and Southwest Asia, has announced the appointment of three new heads of departments to enhance its team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The new appointments are aligned with JdV by Hyatt’s commitment to being neighbourhood ambassadors who deeply care about their community and guests.
Amol Mangaonkar joins Ronil Goa as the Director of Finance, bringing 18 years of experience with various Hyatt brands in India. Mangaonkar's journey with Hyatt began at Hyatt Services India Pvt Ltd as an Assistant Accountant, and he has since contributed to several Hyatt properties including Grand Hyatt Mumbai, Hyatt Regency Pune, Grand Hyatt Gurgaon, and Hyatt India Consultancy Pvt Ltd. Most recently, he served as Director of Finance at Hyatt Pune. In his new role, Mangaonkar will oversee all financial operations at Ronil Goa, including accounting, auditing, budgeting, and purchasing functions.
Domnic Fernandes brings 11 years of experience across various Hyatt hotels in India to his new role as Food and Beverage Manager at Ronil Goa. He began his Hyatt journey with Hyatt Regency Chennai as a Food and Beverage associate and rose to the position of Restaurant Manager at Grand Hyatt Goa. As Food and Beverage Manager at Ronil Goa, Fernandes will oversee all food and beverage operations, ensuring high standards and great guest experiences.
Sanchit Dawande joins Ronil Goa as Revenue Analyst, starting his hospitality career with Hyatt Centric Bangalore as a Revenue intern. He then gained valuable industry insights through Marriott International’s management programme and completed his Revenue Management studies at WGSHA Manipal. In his role, Dawande will develop and implement revenue strategies to maximise profitability while maintaining a good guest experience.
