Chef Roshan will oversee all aspects of the hotel's culinary operations and lead a team of talented chefs, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation. He will also focus on modern Indian and traditional cuisines to bring a fresh and innovative perspective towards creating flavourful dishes. His vision for the hotel focusses on designing a diverse menu catering to the local palate offering both exciting and reflective regional tastes.
