Novotel Goa Resort & Spa welcomes Pronab Biswas as Executive Housekeeper

Novotel Goa Resort & Spa has announced the appointment of Pronab Biswas as the new Executive Housekeeper. With a robust background in hospitality management, Biswas is poised to enhance the housekeeping standards at the property.

In his new position as Executive Housekeeper, he will oversee the housekeeping team to ensure that cleanliness and safety are top priorities with a goal to improve guest satisfaction and achieve high scores during inspections by providing effective training for his staff.

Biswas brings 12 years of extensive experience in managing daily housekeeping operations across diverse environments, including luxury hotels like JW Marriott Goa, restaurants, and public spaces. His leadership capabilities are backed by a history of directing teams to achieve exceptional guest satisfaction. He is adept at training, supervising, and scheduling staff while conducting inspections of rooms and communal areas. His dedication to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, alongside effective inventory management, has consistently led to high guest satisfaction ratings.

Biswas is a graduate from the Indian Institute of Advanced Study (IIAS) of Kolkata, affiliated with Madurai Kamaraj University.
