Shah's journey to this esteemed position has been marked by impressive accomplishments. Armed with a master's degree in accounting and administration from the prestigious ICFAI University his career commenced at Courtyard by Marriott Ahmedabad, where he started as a general cashier but quickly ascended the ranks to become an executive. Notably, his exceptional performance led him to successfully complete the Marriott Manager Development programme at CY Ahmedabad.
During his career, Shah worked with various Marriott brands, including Courtyard, Fairfield, JW Marriott, and Marriott hotels and resorts. Shah was promoted to the role of Assistant Finance Manager at Fairfield by Marriott Jodhpur, further solidifying his reputation as a finance expert. Prior to his current role, he served as the financial controller at Courtyard by Marriott Navi Mumbai.
