Kamat Hotels India Ltd (KHIL) has appointed Chef Jnana Ranjan Panda as its new Corporate Chef. With over 20 years of culinary experience across renowned hotels and cruise lines, Chef Jnana brings his expertise in European, Pan-Asian, and Mediterranean cuisines to the role.

A native of Cuttack, Odisha, Chef Jnana started his career at ITC Fortune Hotel and has worked with the Taj Group, Carnival Cruise Lines, and Radisson Group. Previously serving as KHIL’s Regional Executive Chef, his promotion reflects his contributions to the group's food and beverage operations.

He expressed his excitement stating, “I am honoured to step into the role of Corporate Chef at KHIL. My journey from humble beginnings has taught me the importance of patience, passion, and continuous learning. I look forward to bringing new culinary experiences to our guests while upholding the core values of sustainability and excellence.”

Known for his innovative cooking techniques, commitment to sustainability, and team-building skills, he has received numerous awards throughout his career, including the International Chef Award in 2013.
