Kalpesh Kature appointed as new Executive Chef at Renaissance Ahmedabad Hotel

Renaissance Ahmedabad Hotel has appointed Kalpesh Kature as the newly appointed Executive Chef. With an impressive culinary background and a flair for innovation, Chef Kalpesh is set to enrich the hotel's gastronomic offerings and elevate the overall dining experience.

Chef Kalpesh brings a wealth of culinary expertise and more than 14 years of invaluable experience in the realm of Hospitality and Food and Beverage operations. His remarkable leadership skills are matched by his ability to orchestrate complex dining experiences, develop exceptional menus, and lead a diverse team with precision. He excels in effective communication and has a proven track record of thriving in multicultural environments, fostering collaboration among individuals from diverse backgrounds.

In his role as Executive Chef, Chef Kalpesh will oversee the culinary operations of the hotel's three unique dining outlets: R Kitchen, the multi-cuisine all-day dining restaurant; Kuro - The Asian Bistro; and Mill & Co - Coffee House. Additionally, he will lend his culinary expertise to our banquet offerings, ensuring that every guest experiences the finest flavours and a memorable culinary journey.

With over 14 years of experience, he has worked at Fairfield by Marriott Pune Kharadi, Ibis India, Royal Orchids Golden Suite, and Radisson showcases his versatility and commitment to the art of gastronomy.
