In his new role, Chef Kalpesh will oversee the culinary operations of the hotel's three unique dining outlets: R Kitchen, the multicuisine all-day dining restaurant; Kuro - The Asian Bistro; and Mill & Co - Coffee House. Additionally, he will lend his culinary expertise to our banquet offerings, ensuring that every guest experiences the finest flavours and a memorable culinary journey.
