JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu has announced the appointment of Aditya Ramani as the new Director of Food & Beverage. With over two decades of experience in luxury hospitality, Ramani brings a wealth of expertise and a distinguished reputation for elevating food and beverage operations.
Ramani's career is marked by his ability to lead and innovate in diverse locations. His most recent role was as the Director of Food & Beverage at The Imperial Hotel, New Delhi. There, he led a comprehensive revamp of the F&B offerings, including the re-launch of the iconic Spice Route and the introduction of a new Imperial lounge, enhancing the hotel's luxury appeal.
Before his tenure at The Imperial Hotel, Ramani served as the Director of Food & Beverage at Four Seasons Hotel, The Westcliff, Johannesburg. His strategic management of restaurant and banquet operations during the post-COVID-19 period was instrumental in the hotel's success. He introduced the Gin Lab, an exceptional beverage experience that significantly enhanced the hotel's beverage story. Additionally, his time at Four Seasons in the Maldives showcased his adeptness in creating memorable dining experiences and managing high-profile annual events across two properties and a luxury yacht in the region.
At JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu, Ramani will spearhead the food and beverage operations with a vision that includes refining dining concepts, optimising operations, and crafting unique guest experiences that align with JW Marriott's commitment to luxury and exceptional service.
