HRAWI conducts latest FoSTaC programme in Mumbai

The programme offered training to professionals on critical aspects such as food handling, preparation, hygiene, sanitation and waste management

The Hotel And Restaurant Association (Western India) – HRAWI conducted Food Safety and Standards Authority of India’s (FSSAI) latest Food Safety Supervisor Training in Advance Catering (FoSTaC) and Management Training Programme on September 05, 2024 in Mumbai.

Held at The UniContinental, the programme was attended by 23 hospitality professionals who received training on critical aspects such as food handling, preparation, hygiene, sanitation and waste management. By focusing on these essential areas, the programme equipped attendees with practical skills to implement rigorous food safety protocols in their daily operations. 

HRAWI has successfully trained and certified 3,169 professionals through FSSAI's FoSTaC and Management Training Programme, underscoring its dedication to elevating food safety standards in the hospitality sector.
