Grand Hyatt Mumbai appoints Chef Neeraj Tyagi as Director of Culinary

With over 24 years of experience, Chef Neeraj's appointment marks a new chapter in Grand Hyatt Mumbai's culinary journey

Grand Hyatt Mumbai announced the appointment of Chef Neeraj Tyagi as the Director of Culinary. Chef Neeraj, a seasoned culinary maestro, brings with him over 24 years of distinguished experience in the luxury hospitality industry.

Renowned for his extensive knowledge of international cuisine and his innovative culinary techniques, he excels in creating unique dining experiences and managing large-scale events.

His previous roles included Executive Chef at Park Hyatt Hyderabad and culinary consultant for Nohm Hospitality Group in Dubai. He also served as Director of Culinary at Pullman and Novotel Aerocity, New Delhi, where he introduced new dining concepts such as “The Farmers Basket.” His global experience spans prestigious positions in Jordan, Singapore, the Maldives, London, and New Delhi, where he led large culinary teams and achieved high guest satisfaction.
