Aloft ORR is hosting an Onam Sadhya buffet curated by Chef Binoy, a specialist in Kerala cuisine, allowing guests to immerse themselves in the region's rich culinary heritage. The event will take place at Nook, Aloft Bengaluru ORR, on September 14 and 15.
The buffet will feature over 20 traditional Kerala dishes, all served on banana leaves to enhance the authentic experience. Guests can enjoy delicacies such as Mixed Vegetable Thoran, Avial, Payar Mezhukkupuratti, Kaalan, Mambazha Pulissery, and the sweet dessert Ada Pradhaman. This event aims to provide an authentic dining experience that honours Kerala's rich culinary legacy.
