Dharmendra Singh takes over as F&B Manager at Hilton Garden Inn New Delhi/Saket

Dharmendra Singh has taken over as the Food & Beverage Manager at the 115 room Hilton Garden Inn New Delhi/Saket. He would be in-charge of managing all aspects of the food and beverage responsibilities and ensuring that Hilton’s food ideology is reflected across all its restaurants. Through his expertise, he will not only help bolster an improved business environment by analysing and suggesting trends in the hospitality industry but also deliver positive results by improving guest satisfaction and profitability simultaneously.

Singh is a seasoned, energetic, passionate, and highly motivated hospitality professional with over 13 years of experience in managing F&B operations at leading luxury hotels & resorts. These include Address Beach Resort Fujairah UAE, InterContinental Fujairah Resort UAE, InterContinental Chennai, The Westin Gurgaon, Fairmont Jaipur and Radisson Blu Indore. He will utilise his extensive skills and knowledge in bestowing leadership that will help achieve fruitful business results. He intends on addressing guests’ requirements and concerns by further improving the quality of service and profitability. He completed his Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management from IGNOU.
