Gobu Kumar has been elevated as Executive Chef at Crowne Plaza Chennai Adyar Park Gate. Chef Gobu brings along with him an industry experience of 17 years, starting his career with Taj Fisherman Cove, Oberoi Gurugram, Trident, Dubai Zabeel Palace, The Park Chennai, Four Seasons Bengaluru and has been associated with other IHG Hotels in India.

With his skills and knowledge in the culinary field, he can bring out mouthwatering flavours and taste with expertise and creativity. Along with his culinary skills, Chef Gobu has problem solving and leadership skills which he utilises in managing the food production operation. 

With his passion for food and continuous learning attitude, Chef Gobu has been able to manage food costing while maintain the food safety and sanitisation standards.
