Courtyard by Marriott Mumbai International Airport has appointed Avinash Chandola as its new Front Office Manager. He brings over 15 years of hospitality experience and will focus on enhancing Marriott’s Bonvoy loyalty program, improving team training and development, and optimising guest satisfaction.
Before this role, Chandola held leadership positions in various well-known hospitality brands across India. He has a strong background in Front Office operations, guest relations, and team management.
Chandola expressed his enthusiasm about joining the Courtyard by Marriott team, stating, “I’m honoured to join the Courtyard by Marriott Mumbai team. Looking forward to leveraging my experience to enhance our guest journey, empower our team, and contribute to the hotel’s continued success.
