Courtyard by Marriott Bengaluru Hebbal presents Nawabi cuisine event

Under the guidance of Executive Chef Rajeev and Chef Rizwan, the menu features authentic Nawabi specialities, highlighting traditional cooking methods and flavours

From November 5 to November 14, Nazaara, the rooftop restaurant at Courtyard by Marriott Bengaluru Hebbal, will host an event dedicated to the revival of traditional Nawabi recipes. Guests are invited to experience dishes that reflect the rich culinary heritage of the Nawabs.

Under the guidance of Executive Chef Rajeev and Chef Rizwan, the menu features authentic Nawabi specialities, highlighting traditional cooking methods and flavours. Notable dishes include Mutton Taar Korma, Nawabi Veg, Dora Seekh Kebab, and Murgh Pasandhe Kebab, all prepared with meticulous attention to historic culinary practices.

This ten-day dining event allows visitors to enjoy these gourmet dishes while taking in panoramic views of the city.
