Chef Neel Kajale appointed Test Kitchen Manager at Haven’s Kitchen, New York

Chef Neel Kajale has been appointed as a Test Kitchen Manager at Haven’s Kitchen. As the Test Kitchen Manager for Haven’s Kitchen sauces, Kajale brings experience of professional restaurant cooking by developing recipes as well as his experience of the food and media industry by helping in food styling and active food content creation.

With a passion for all things food, Chef Kajale began his journey with an All-India Rank of 97 and secured admission at the Institute of Hotel Management (IHM), Mumbai. He went on to showcase his love for food and media across many renowned names in the Indian hospitality industry before he took a leap of faith and journeyed to New York City where he studied at The Culinary Institute of America (CIA) and served a successful tenure at the 3 Michelin Starred restaurant, Eleven Madison Park.

Haven's Kitchen is a New York based brand that is known for creating America’s freshest and globally inspired sauces. They have become popular for packing a large punch even in small quantities with their delicious and dynamic flavours. The squeezable sauces and flavour starters have opened up a world of delicious possibilities for everyone. With an idea to make sustainable packaging for the sauces, Haven's Kitchen is also contributing towards an eco-friendly environment.

Known for his tireless work ethic, energetic presentation, and hands-on approach, Kajale has blazed a trail of exceptional achievements. 

On being appointed as the Test Kitchen Manager, Chef Kajale said, “I'm living the best of both worlds. I not only get to work with food in a beautiful Test Kitchen and develop recipes but also get to face the camera and show the world what I have been working on. Thus combining my ultimate love for cooking food and working in the media industry. Great power, great responsibility but lots of fun!”
