Bottles & Barrels Plans to Expand in Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities

BOTTLES & BARRELS, Gurugram’s first horizontal brewhouse is all set to take its portfolio to tier 2 and tier 3 cities in the year 2019. Rohit Maingi, Founder, Bottles and Barrels believe that there is a rise in demand for a new taste in beer among people in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities. Standing strong in the Gurugram f&b market for the last three years, the brewhouse is defined as a mainstream dining restaurant with an integrated sports bar area that caters to the community.

As a USP, Maingi feels that catering to all the categories of customers makes the restaurant unique in the market. “For e.g., we host corporate get together and events. We cater social groups of families and friends, we also have setups for a couple dining on our terrace area. So, all in all, Bottles and Barrels do not resist any specific group of customers, we welcome everyone here,” he said in a conversation with BW Hotelier.

The restaurant has recently redone the complete furniture in the lounge and terrace area which is one of an integral part for any restaurant. Talking about the cuisine, some of the specialities served are, Iranian Chelo Kebab, Mahi Fish Tikka and DAL BnB. However, Maingi takes his pride on Iranian Kebab, which goes well with drinks. “As in current environment customers wants to experience something new on their frequent visits to the same place, where Bottles and Barrels offer the same with its three different concepts and great taste of food, the same thing is making Bottles and Barrels stand out in competition,” Maingi adds.

When asked about brewing their own beer, Maingi talks about two types of customers, the safe eater and the food adventurer. Bottles and Barrels cater to both the categories. “The food adventurer would always want to be experimental. For them, we have bottled as well as craft beer. We have many different flavours for them. Having said that, it cannot be denied that fresh beer has always has been in demand as its taste is quite different from bottled beer. As per our experience, we have seen customers, once they try the fresh beer, they would always want to have that,” he adds.
