Hyatt Place Pune Hinjawadi has announced the appointment of Arun Shaw as its new Head Chef. With over 20 years of experience in the culinary industry, Shaw has worked at prominent hotels such as Grand Hyatt Kochi, Grand Hyatt Mumbai, and Sahara Star Mumbai.
Known for his expertise in a range of global cuisines, including Lebanese, Japanese, and Mediterranean, Shaw has played key roles in pre-opening teams at Hyatt Regency Ahmedabad and Hyatt Regency Thrissur. He also contributed to major events like APICON 2019 and AIOC 2023.
Known for his commitment to excellence, he has consistently delivered exceptional culinary experiences while standardising operations and driving business success. At Hyatt Place Pune, Shaw is expected to bring his leadership and culinary skills to enhance guest dining experiences.
