The Westin Kolkata Rajarhat has announced that Ablu Bhowmick has been appointed as Sous Chef of Nori. He brings with him over a decade of experience in curating dining experiences and culinary dexterity.
Chef Bhowmick’s current role includes keeping up with the latest trends and preferences of patrons in Kolkata and providing the most inventive culinary products in catering at Nori.
He will also be responsible for the safe and seamless operations of the award-winning restaurant and for making The Westin Kolkata Rajarhat a gastronomic powerhouse.
