Goa Marriott Resort and Spa has announced the appointment of Yogesh Pote as the Human Resource Leader. With his enriching experience of over a decade with Marriott International, Pote will be overseeing the entire HR and training functions. After a recent professional transformation from a dedicated Loss Prevention leader to an enthusiastic Human Resources Lead role. Pote’s journey in loss prevention equipped him with valuable skills in risk management, team leadership, and problem-solving. Through this experience, he honed his ability to assess situations critically and implement proactive strategies to mitigate challenges effectively.

Transitioning to the role of Human Resources Leader was a natural progression for him. He recognized the importance of people-centric strategies in ensuring organisational success. Leveraging his background in managing security and mitigating risks, he is now focussed on cultivating a positive work environment, fostering employee engagement, and implementing HR initiatives that align with the company's goals.
