voco Jim Corbett has launched its new alfresco dining venue, Kosi Bar & Kitchen. Situated against the Kosi River, the restaurant offers guests a great culinary experience in the heart of nature.
Spanning 350 sq m, Kosi Bar & Kitchen is designed to accommodate up to 100 guests. The menu, curated by Chef Tenzin Losel, features a diverse range of dishes that blend Mediterranean and Indian flavours. Guests can enjoy a delightful varieties of cheeses, marinated olives, bell peppers on toast, cold cuts, and seafood options like batter-fried fish, chicken and olive skewers, and garlic prawns. The menu also includes Indian kebab favourites such as Amritsari Fish, Gilafi Seekh Kabab, and Bhanjeere Ka Jhinga.

The restaurant’s design combines a modern aesthetic with a comfortable, familiar ambiance. A giant mango tree stands at the centre of the bar, enhancing the unique dining experience, while warm lighting and attentive service add to the overall atmosphere. Guests can choose from a variety of seating options, including bar stools, low tables, and booths, catering to large groups, families, couples, and solo travellers alike.
