IN his role, Oberoi will be responsible for the entire food and beverage department, he will oversee the costs and control of food quality, ingredients, to achieve customer satisfaction, profitability of the outlets, planning of the menu, business and development and ensuring the best hospitality experience to the guests at the property.
Prior to joining AccorHotels, Oberoi has been associated with renowned hotels like Radisson Blu Hotel, Pune, Ramada Powai Hotel & Convention Centre, Mumbai, Ramada Powai Hotel & Convention Centre, Mumbai, and many more which helped him master the nuances of the trade and seasoned him with handling a diverse clientele.
