The Westin Mumbai Garden City is set to host the 'Patiala Plate', a culinary event featuring authentic Punjabi cuisine crafted by Chef Sweety Singh from November 9 to 17, 2024. The event showcases a variety of traditional dishes that highlight the rich flavors and cultural heritage of Punjab.
The menu includes appetizers such as Sarson De Phool and Achari Soya Tandoori, followed by main courses like Dal Amritsari and Paneer Patiyala Shahi. Non-vegetarian options are also available, including Bharwan Tangri and Amritsari Machali.
