The Imperial's 1911 Brasserie introduces Autumn Menu

The menu features innovative interpretations, such as the Regal Caesar salad with Indian spices and the Imperial Paneer & Sabudana Burger, which combines traditional flavours with a modern twist

The Imperial Hotel has unveiled its new Autumn Menu at the 1911 Restaurant, showcasing a curated selection of reimagined Indo-European classic dishes. The menu features innovative interpretations, such as the Regal Caesar salad with Indian spices and the Imperial Paneer & Sabudana Burger, which combines traditional flavours with a modern twist. The Imperial Schnitzel offers a European classic with unique enhancements, while the Palak Badami Kofta presents a creamy Indian dumpling dish.
